What is the minimum order value and will I qualify for free delivery?

Orders via our website are always subject to a minimum order value to make sure we cover the costs of handling your order professionally.  The minimum online order value is currently £100 GBP exclusive of VAT.

When we can, we like to offer free delivery and this will be indicated at the Checkout.  The minimum order value for free delivery is currently £200 GBP exclusive of VAT.  Free delivery is currently only available for mainland UK addresses.

Where is my parcel?

When you order via the website we will send you emails confirming 1. receipt of your order, 2. confirming when your goods have shipped.  Please email us  for anymore information to [email protected]

How long will my delivery take?

We only use UPS for our deliveries – to be sure goods arrive on time and intact. This is a realtime trackable service. For orders received by 11am on a normal working day, deliveries are normally by 5pm next working day (except for non-Mainland UK addresses). See our Legal page for more details.

I don’t want to order online!

We would be delighted to receive your order by email, phone or even post. Please email [email protected]

And we can accept payment over the phone by credit card, or payment by BACS transfer or cheque. Subject to a credit check we may be able to offer our standard business credit account (payment 30 days from date of invoice) for UK customers.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we ship worldwide by UPS – please email your enquiry to us at [email protected]

For online ordering we accept credit card payments from UK and Ireland.  For other delivery addresses we ask for payment by electronic bank transfer before shipping.

International orders and enquiries can be sent to us by email at [email protected]

Custom ordered items

Many of our products are highly customisable and so are manufactured to order – taking a number of weeks.  Generally we will need a payment from you at the time of ordering for these goods.

Order Cancellation

We are happy to accept cancellation of an order placed via our website as long as we have not already processed the order or shipped it (and you will receive a full refund of any payment received). To request cancellation of an order, please email us at [email protected]

Repairs and Faults

Metrix provides a comprehensive after sales service in the unlikely event that one of our products develops a problem.

Diagnosis and replacement authorisation is carried-out by our own technicians or where repair is necessary then we will ship for the manufacturer to fix.

Returns

Please email [email protected] for a MR (Metrix Returns) number and mark this on your parcel before returning to us.

Parcels without a MR number may be subject to a delay in processing.
