Description
The SRS-U4 module is designed to connect a USB host to slave device equipped with RS-485 interface. This converter is powered through the included USB cable so no external power supply is required. It guarantees full galvanic isolation between USB port and RS-485 line. The main purpose is connection a PC host computer to industrial data acquisition systems based on RS-485 interface.
The SRS-U4 can be also manufactured with DIN rail mounting adaptor.
The new SRS-U4 converter unit has replaced the discontinued model SRS-U/4-Z45.
